MapCreate 7 Update

Installation Instructions
  1. Make sure that MapCreate™ 7 is installed, working, and not currently running.
  2. Click on the "Download Update" link below, and choose to save the file to your computer.
  3. Unzip the compressed ZIP file and copy the files to the MapCreate 7 installation directory (by default, this location is C:\Program Files\LEI\MapCreateUSA7.0). Choose Yes to overwrite the existing files.
  4. This update should replace two files: MapCreate.exe and MapBindProc.exe.

What changes are made in this update?

  • Enables railroads to be cut out
  • Enables Alaska mapping data to be cut out

System Requirements:
IBM® compatible PC with Pentium® 133 MHz or faster processor, 64 MB RAM (128 MB RAM recommended for best performance), 200 MB of free hard drive space, high color (16 bit or greater) display, DVD-ROM drive, Microsoft® Windows® 98/2000/XP, one unused USB port, and a LEI branded digital media card reader/writer. (Note: you must use a LEI branded card reader for MapCreate™ 7 to work properly).
